We are a Sunshine Coast-based business specialising in offering some of the best wood fired pizzas on the coast. Our brand has been a Sunshine Coast staple for over 10 years. From very humble beginnings, we’ve now grown our catering services into a unique and speciality service and are frequently booked for events years in advance. If you haven’t already had the opportunity to experience the Jungle Oven service yourself, here’s a little about what we specialise in.
A unique point of difference we offer is our hand-mosaiced wood fired pizza ovens. They are the main point of conversation at every event we attend. Not only are they gorgeous, but they produce the most delicious wood fired pizzas. With an average temperature of 500°C, each pizza cooks in approximately 2 – 3 minutes with a perfect leopard print pizza base and golden cheese. Our signature base is simple but sweet, allowing our gourmet ingredients to be the star of the show.
We are experienced caterers renowned for our mobile gourmet pizza catering services. We are able to cater to all special dietary requirements at no extra charge. As a standard, we offer vegan cheese and authentic gluten-free pizza bases, but we can also provide a range of alternative meats, different cheeses, and meat substitutes, like jackfruit and tofu.
Our wood fired ovens are set up on a mobile trailer that can be conveniently moved into most areas when attached to a vehicle. For the best wood fired catering experience, we recommend a flat space for the oven and setting us up in a central location so guests can see where all the magic happens. Our simple setup means we are completely self-sufficient!
