No prior experience is necessary to operate our woodfired oven, as we provide all the tools and equipment you need, along with a clear instructional guide on heating the oven. With years of experience serving thousands of pizzas in the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Moreton Bay, and surrounding areas, we've honed our techniques to help you achieve the perfect temperature for cooking.
In addition to our professional-grade pizza utensils, plates, and napkins, each hire includes a 6ft trestle table and black table cover, as well as a full stock of firewood, kindling, and firelighters. With our woodfired pizza ovens, you can cook 2-3 pizzas at a time, with each pizza cooking in just 2-3 minutes, allowing you to easily feed a group of 50+ people in under an hour.

Slow Roast Meats
With our fleixble delivery times you'll have enough time before the party starts to slow roast a delicious selection of meat, ready to serve along side dinner, on top of pizzas or store away for another day. Alternatively put the roast in post party celebrations while the coals slowly burns out and enjoy a 10+ hour slow roast the next day.
Fresh Baked Bread
Prepare yourself some delicous bread dough recipies and watch the marvel of cooking your own fresh bread in an authentic woodfired oven. With a perfectly smoked finish, fluffy inside and crispy outside. If bread making is your thing you'll wish you bought a woodfired oven long ago!
Fire Roasted Veg
Have you ever roasted veg in a woodfired oven? If not, it's absolutely something you'll want to try. How do you perfect a great char grill vegetables? We had Jungle Oven Catering join us for my 40th Birthday which then turned into a surprise Engagement then a surprise Wedding with nearly 70 guests. Absolutely devine gourmet pizzas that tasted delicious that all the guests loved and they made them with beautiful fresh ingredients and were happy to accommodate dietary requirements. Would highly recommend them and if required I would definitely book them again!
